Nature and natural cuisine

A bistro, a special place for lunch, dinner, breakfast, or a snack; at the same time, a rural
greenhouse, and a shop of organic products, right in the historic heart of Rimini. “From farm to table” starts from Annachiara family farm, which brings its treasure-laden countryside right to the urban table, with Andrea presiding in the kitchen.

This is a project whose identity and roots exercise a fundamental influence. That would be Annachiara, one of the few truly multi-faceted persons I know, able to combine love for nature, an instinct for the beautiful, for food, architecture, and the countryside.

The farm is in Rimini, so in the morning you can find its products at the covered market or order them for home delivery.

We spent time together exploring how best to develop her idea and promote the farm products, to find the right style of “restaurant language” to best fit the personalities of Annachiara and Andrea, the qualities of what they had to offer, and how best to position everything.

Food for you as we live it.
We think of this place as a return to our roots.
A sum of what is essential, both in nature and in the kitchen. No need for useless ornamentation, just a touch of poetry.
We wanted it to summon up a bit of my life in the fields and on my family farm.

An informal atmosphere, a handful of our dreams, everything made with our own hands.
Think of it as a greenhouse in the city, where we can welcome you, offer you fresh products, whatever the earth, our farm, and the market yield today.
Whatever our parents’ kitchen garden decides to produce today…
Whatever fish the sea decides to yield up…
The meat only in moderate portions…and only from those we trust.
